DESCRIPTION:Blue Thumb’s Turf Alternatives Workshop is your “how-to” guide on transforming your yard into a pollinator’s paradise! \nLearn about the steps to converting a traditional turfgrass monoculture lawn into a beautiful\, flowering bee lawn. The workshop will also cover other turf alternatives that promote pollinator health\, water quality\, and natural resource conservation. The live presentation is followed by a Q&A session. \nParticipants will also receive access to online resources that will assist them in their project\, including a series of video presentations\, downloadables\, and more that can be accessed at any time. \nBob Dahm from Earthwise Organic Consulting LLC will be the expert presenter for this workshop. \nThis workshop is hosted by Vadnais Lake Area Watershed Management Organization.
