This is a rural project with deer and turkey pressure. The taller plants on the one end were planted June 1, 2023 after I was awarded the L2L grant. The shorter plants were planted in May 2024 when we decided to double the size of the garden. This has been an enjoyable experience without many issues except deer!
Wildlife Observed
Lots of bluebirds and wrens hunting in the garden this year. Butterfly population seems pretty low this year so far.
