An educational urban farmstead site that exemplifies regenerative growing practices with an abundance of pollinator plants, vegetables, flowers, and fruit trees. Truly a pollinator haven!
Wildlife Observed
Multiple species of birds visit the gardens yearly, including a mated pair of hummingbirds. Too many species of bees to count, and several species of butterflies, including Admirals, Fritillaries, Yellow Swallowtails, Painted Ladies, and during the fall migration, hundreds of Monarchs! We’ve even had a few Hummingbird Moths visit over the years.
