Removal of old layered landscape rock was the worst. I created a large sieve to remove dirt and leaves. I posted them for free (34 5 gal buckets) and they all went!
As my beelawn grew it was hard to tell weeds from wanted plants. I think I pulled out some I shouldn’t have. I also found a cheap timer on my sprinkler that was super helpful.
So, the description of plant heights are not always right. I plan on moving some very tall clumps of flowers to the back of the garden. I also need to add a few more early spring flowers.
Wildlife Observed
Monarchs, bees, bumble bees, moths, frogs, crickets, (rabbits-grumble)
