I did 3 separate pollinator pockets; each with a different light exposure. I consider the L2L as the grant that just keeps on giving. In just my 2nd year after receiving my grant, I have been able to start a huge new 4th pollinator large strip. (By collecting seeds last fall; and then this spring, transplanting the new seedling shoots from the original pollinator pockets.)
Wildlife Observed
We are noticing so many more bees and butterflies now that we have all the native plantings in our yard. Plus our hummingbirds are really enjoying the plants as well!! We’ve also noticed more birds than ever before.
