This is the Reimbursement Request Form for Lawns to Legumes grant recipients with extensions. Fill out this form once you have completed your pollinator habitat project. The deadline to submit a reimbursement request for grantees with Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 extensions is Sunday, November 30, at 11:59 pm Central. For questions, email the L2L Helpline.
